Having dedicated nearly eight years to a corporate career, I made the bold decision to venture into independent coaching and consulting in 2020. Over the years, I've collaborated with diverse industries, including fitness, human resources, real estate, solar energy, insurance, legal, medical billing, and sales to name a few.

My clientele comprises two distinct categories: Firstly, I work closely with businesses that are in the process of building teams. For them, I offer comprehensive support, ranging from creating training materials and facilitating sessions to assisting with recruiting, establishing efficient processes, fostering team building, managing performance, and providing coaching and leadership development.

On the other end, I engage with independent entrepreneurs (owner-operators) and leaders seeking assistance in goal setting, business development, and professional coaching. As part of my rebrand this year, I've honed in on a specific mission – supporting and nurturing aspiring female entrepreneurs and leaders.

In 2024, my focus is on a lofty yet heartfelt goal – connecting and empowering 5000 professional women in the Tampa Bay Area.
